My husband had undergo a ct scan everything came out good. Now immigration is asking for him to see a respiratory specialist to do the sputum culture test. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does anyone know the price range to see a specialist and do the test.

Sputum culture test is usually done if the xray has some scarring. I dont know about the price range.

I need to undergo a sputum test to in St.luke's manila, due to my previous PTB case back in 2011 but it was treated already however I can no longer get a clearance from my private doctor,unluckily it is one of the requirements . Is your husband done with the sputum test? how long does is take to cultured? is there any other fees aside from the sputum test fee?
