Any advises for the PPR? How long and what did you do for submission?

We submitted ours through VFS office in Thailand. Their process fee was about $62 CAD with tracking number provided. We were told that usual processing time is about 16 days (1 month max).

On the PPR letter it shows which countries need to submit PP through VFS, the rest mails it directly to Singapore VO.

congratulation on your PPR. what is done at the VFS office exactly? do we just hand over the PA's passport?

Medical request- 29th June
Medical submitted -13th July
Additiona doc/PCC request - 13th July
Additional doc submitted -3rd August
AOR 2 - 21st August
I have passed medical check and even uploaded the additional documents.Before the review of additional document status was 'we are reviewing your additional documents that you have provided.'
Today it changed to ' we need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you message for more details'
background check status is not applicable since Aug 21st.
All the documents have been submitted earlier so what does it mean?
Anybody with similar status?
