and after that February you paid 490

Hi, anyone know how long CIC takes to stamp visa after submitting passport? (Application status changed decision made when yhey rewuest passport.) VFS told they will get back to me in 3-4 business days, but I didn't get any message from them.
When I track the passport it still being processed at visa of colombo
I have booked the ticket on dec 14, by trusting their speed of process
Very confused
