hi all i submit my application online and
i have question . will my visa be rejected if my country goes through civil war or bad circumstances and the political situation of the country not good

It depends on your specifics... but such events by themselves won't imply immediate rejection.

thanks for answer my question but the country where i live there is no Canada embassy or VAC
because of that i'm applying online
is there opportunities to me to obtain a visa ?

You can apply online. However, if you need to give your biometrics then you'll need to physically give these biometrics at the relevant VAC (Visa Application Centre).

Yes, political instability and a civil war in your country can negatively affect the decision of your TRV application as it indicates the probability to overstay your visit and/or for you to apply for asylum in Canada (if you can prove that your life is in danger or you are being persecuted)
