Can I count my Canadian partime and full time work experience together?

Hi everyone:
I started to worked as part-time since Feb 1st 2016 until Jan 15th 2017 (From Feb 1st 2016 to Aug 1st 2016 around 10 hours a week. From Sep. 1st 2016 to Jan 15th 2017 around 15 hours per week, went on vacation in Aug for a month), then I switched to full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) in the same company with the same title from Jan. 16th 2017 and will work until Nov 30th 2017 because there are some financial issues of the company. In addition, I visited back home for a month in Sep. 2017....This is all my working experience in Canada....
My questions are:
Can I mix my part-time and full-time working experience together? Can someone help me to calculate it? If the part-time and full-time working experience can be combined together, then is it over one year full time working time? I will really appreciate it.

When can I apply? As I will probably need to find another job after Nov. 30 2017. Not sure if I can find a job in a short time....Can I submit my application when I am not employed?

Hope someone can help me to answer these questions and I will appreciate it...

Yes, you can mix part-time and full-time Canadian work experience.
Here is how to calculate your work experience:
- 10 hours/week = 10/30 = 1/3 full-time week
- 15 hours/week = 15/30 = 1/2 full-time week
- 30 hours/week or more = 1 full-time week

You need to have 52 full-time weeks in total, so calculate your experience using the above rules as follows:
1/3 x (Number of weeks in Feb. 1st 2016 to Aug. 1st 2016) + 1/2 x (Number of weeks in Sep. 1st 2016 to Jan. 15th 2017 and remove the vacation time) + 1 x (Number of weeks in Jan. 16th 2017 to Nov. 30th 2017) = Your total work experience.

Please do the calculations yourself, but I believe you have more than 52 weeks already.
You can submit while unemployed if you accumulate 52 full-time weeks and meet all other eligibility requirements. Good Luck!

Note (Thanks to @scylla's comment below): You can't claim any Canadian work experience while being on a study permit.

Thanks Noscaf2014!!
I calculated my working experience based on your formula. It is around 13.5 full time months...
So it is sufficient to apply, right??
Actually, I started to work as part-time in that company in Dec. 2015, and at that time I almost graduated. Then on Jan. 29th 2016 I submitted my work permit application, and I got my work permit on Mar. 31st 2016...Then shall I count my part-time hours from Feb. 1st 2016 or Apr. 1st 2016?

Another question is that if by Nov. 30th probably I cannot continue to work in this company, then can I apply for EE while I am unemployed in Dec 2017? Will it affect my application for EE?
I really appreciate your help!!

Yes you can apply. You only need 12 months. So, if your calculations are correct, then it doesn't matter if you count Feb. and Mar. 2016 as it would be only worth 2/3 of a month and you already have 1.5 month above the required 12 month. So, you have two options:
1- Add these two months to your profile and leave it to the visa officer's discretion to consider the work on implied status or not.
2- Don't add them to work history as long as you still have 12+ months of work experience.
In any case, you still have the 12+ months of work experience required.

It is OK to be unemployed while applying for PR and it will not affect your application as long as you are not claiming points for a job offer or whatsoever.
