How long does it take for medical request to comr after the file has been transfered to Colombo?

hi .. it took five months to get my medical request after the Colombo VO got my application

I tried to reset my password it's asking some questions to answer me... but I didn't submit those questions before when I were create the account... all questions are different... what to do now?

That’s the only option to reset password
Just type what you remember for those questions . Or contact ircc web form under technical issue
