After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

Guys , I got PPR couple days back and today I see a message in my CIC account , that I need to send my passport to Visa Application Centre – New York. Has anyone done this before? Can you tell me the process and what all documents to submit?

Passport sent for PR stamp on Nov 1. No updates on Canada post tracker yet.

Can I also track my passport through my CIC profile or it can be only done on Canada post website??

My email notification triggered on Nov 8th
I got my passports delivered on Nov 10.
Landed on Nov 12 and it was all completed.

Status updated on the portal on 14th November
Tracker on return envelope not yet active

We have received request to submit passport on 25 OCT, We have sent passport on 27 OCT and they were recieved by CIC OTTAWA on 30 OCT .
Since then there are no updates on the application or passport status .
We are currently in Canada and have travel plans for Nov 20 .
What are the possibilities as per current processing time for us to recieve passports.

usually it will take around 20-25 to get your passport, at this time you cant do anything. Got to wait until you get it back
