1. Unlikely that any Visa Office has a drop box, since you didn't state where you intend to apply no one can give you an answer.

My travel consultant did showed me a offer letter in which he mentioned that he will cancel the same n will re-apply by drop box so i need to know whether how much chances are there to get visa through the sam process.

Seems like he's scamming you for money.

Your Canadian employer first must go through the LMIA process (which takes several months) to prove that there are no Canadians available for the job

Agreed - sounds like you're being scammed.

The correct process is that you first have to secure a full time job offer from an employer in Canada directly. Next, that employer must obtain an approved LMIA. This process takes around 4-6 months to complete for most employers. If the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a closed work permit.
