Canadian tourist visa . I'm a Bahraini holder of a bahraini diplomatic passport . would like to visit Canada . Since there's no embassy for Canada in Bahrain , how do I get a visa

Not sure but i guess you can still apply online and if they will need passport for submission they will update you where to submit however since you have GCC passport so you can use any embassy for passport submission or can submit passport in any VAC with complete documents .
The Abu Dhabi Visa Office handles applications from Bahraini applicants. As mentioned above, you need to apply online and courier your passport to VFS in Abu Dhabi if approved.
As far as I understand, if your visit to Canada is not of an official or diplomatic purpose, you need to apply for a regular TRV:

yes but i don't think like diplomat passport can be a issue iv'e seen many people who used diplomatic passport for their personal travelling and got B1 /B2 visas in past
I didn't say anything that contradicted what you just said. I agree it should be possible to travel for personal purposes on a diplomatic passport, but Canada will only issue a regular, not diplomatic or official, TRV for this case.
