okay im just giving one easy way to check your medical updates. Dial the Cic number and choose 1 -1 -2- application starting with (3) - application number - 1- birth year of your spouse(sri lanka)- 1-1
my husbands medical expired last month . i checked this way and it says no need medical exams. i hope this will help you

Yes anyone can check the phone system with application number with date of year inside Canada but I have app that app gave me a Canadian number so I can check my status from here. As well as my number is 4383889713 I am in srilanka
