Hi,
I need your help in getting to understand about a document which the CIC team has asked me to submit for the express entry application. I got an invite and submitted my final application with all the documents required except FBI. But today, I received a message asking for two document (one of which is FBI clearance, which makes sense to me) but another one just saying a number and my name. Upon close observation, I can see that this number is same as my UCI number but I haven't received any document about this so I don't know what exactly they require (My profile just shows the UCI number, nothing else).

Here is the excerpt from the message which I received today in my account:

" This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:

 110X1X2XXX - Faxsxl Xasxxm:
 FBI Clearance: You have provided proof that you applied for your FBI Clearance Certificate.

To avoid further delays in processing of your application, please upload the document to your
MyCIC account upon receipt."

As far as I can see, the second point makes sense to me about the FBI doc which is pending (which hopefully I'll be submitting soon once received and I told CIC about this in the explanation letter already). However, the first point just says a number and my name (replaced some numbers/alphabets with X for privacy, hope you don't mind). Can you please help me understand what they're asking here, like which document and where can I get that?
Thank you so much for having such a forum with vast information.

Regards,
Faiz

They want you to send the proof along with your UCI number.
Write your UCI number on the FBI clearance application receipt and upload.
This is for their indexing purpose and (possibly) to facilitate their internal verification with FBI on the authenticity of your claim.
