Ray of Hope - 77th Draw

OINP provided information on how to use the NOI issued after Nov 2nd , they did not explicitly mentioned anywhere that they will definitely issue NOI after Nov 01 and before DEC 2017 but it was a fair interpretation that they will issue NOI after Nov 01 from all of us.
The news was on CIC where they quoted that OINP will start issuing NOI soon .
I guess if they have reached limits on Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream then there is no point in issuing NOI as it will expire in Dec 2017 before they open HCP again .
I guess we will have to just wait and watch .

I called up Ontario office. yes, they paused the NOIs for 2017. May reopen next year 2018

@Titanium, stay positive.. buddy you are still above 400 and can expect an Onip invitation ..Might be that route was meant for you...
Remember everything happens ..it happens for a reason for the divine plan to unfold...
Just wait you may be surprised with a pnp invitation.....
I too am taking the ONIP route .....Your turn will come...rather it has to come .. stay strong and Do not give up....

Thanks lala, that’s the only the thing that keeps me hopeful, ‘the right time for everything’. We cannot rush not delay, it happens when it has to. All of you guys who were eagerly waiting to complete the process and have accomplished a part of your goal now, adds to the hope.

Nobody knows except CIC.
We were holding our breath for 75th draw last week but it never happened (well it happened but you all know what happened! ).
But there are high chances that it will happen tomorrow and it'll be a normal draw.

just guessing as usual. it is the 3rd week since the last draw happen for FWS and CEC so just hoping there will be a draw with high volume may be 3364 invitations at 428 points.

After following the Ray of hope threads and On/Off situations on PNP/NOI etc for past few weeks , I can finally understand the wait games some of the senior member talked about in these forum.I am at CRS @ 424 and trying to increase my score by re appearing in IELTS ,but I guess the wait is never ending and requires good patience and lots of support from each others!!

2017 ( 2800+ ITAs with an increase in the score, getting near 440) or
2018 ( hopefully 3800+ ITAs with a slight decrease, 434/435).

By Oct 26th, total 2768 candidates were there at 1200- 431 score range and in addition, 500+ more candidates might be join within this range approximately total was 3300 by 1st Nov. on Nov 1st, on 75th and 76th draw, CIC gave 290 invitations within the score range mentioned above. 3300-290= 3010 candidates by Nov 1st. By Nov 8th, there is possibly of 600 more to join withing the score range. so it means, if CIC will give 3600 invitations on Nov 8th, score will come down to 431. we will see the actual figures on 77th draw.
