Does it say like "We received your document(s). We're reviewing your document(s)." And in the Pending section "Your evaluation is in progress. You're not required to do anything at this time."?

these are the stages:
status: pending
status: on hold
status: under review (when they receive your docs)
status: evaluation in progress and due date (when they accepted your docs)
status: final review (evaluation is complete and eca will be delivered in 1-3 days)

Yes. That was the status for about 10 days. But once the documents were accepted and the evaluation process began, I got the final report in 3 days.

Congrats! That probably means that the process was running ahead of the status, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to complete the evaluation in just 3 days.

Start sending them tweets, fb msgs, fb posts etc. push them. It shouldnt sit for this long at this stage.

Thanks mate. But, I checked with them daily, through mails, FB messages, tweets and calls, and the documents were not accepted till 31st Oct, as per the answers received from WES Canada. I got the final report on 3rd Nov. Same was the case with two more applicants on this group. We didn't expect to receive our reports in just 3 days of acceptance of docs.

As rightly pointed by @md_uddin you shouldn't wait any more. 11 days is a lot of time. Start spamming them through FB, twitter and calls. Emails didn't help any of us as we received robotic and standard responses, which were useless, to say the least.

HI Guys,

Can someone let me know if you always get a expected date of review completion? My documents were dispatched on 16th Oct and received by them on 20th Oct. Last update on the account is "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)", as of 30th oct.

I have tweeted and written an email to them as per recommendations. Is there anything else that can be done to expedite the proces?

Call them too. Post twitter messages on their page, like everyday if you can.

Sure, man. I'll start doing that from Monday, I wish they don't let me that. Amen!
