FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

I think you have to fill it only on the FD-258 because,Hello fellers. Has anyone applied for the FBI PCC from the UAE? I'd be quite interested to know how it went. I'm getting it done soon; apparently one needs to get the fingerprints taken on the local Police's stationery (not the FBI's form FD-258) at the CID's Head Office in Dubai. This form is then sent to FBI in the US.
I don't know if this works, would appreciate anyone's feedback before I waste 3 months - I understand that the FBI won't even open my envelope until then
- It has form elements for all the requested information (Like SSN, DOB, Citizenship). Your local police stationery might not have them.
- Nowhere does it mention on the website that other forms are accepted. (i.e., https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks)
Hello, did you get your pcc yet? Hope cic was able to get you an extension? Still not received mine in Houston yet....
Just called and they are still trying to finish up with July and they are currently on July 31st. Told me to call back tomorrow afternoon to check on mine that was delivered on August 1st....finally some light at the tunnel....but not early enough to get it before my deadline which is this coming Tuesday!
Is there a template for that or just write a regular "to whom it may concern" letter?
Just a "for who it may concern letter" stating date being worked on and you need an extension. attach an email from fbi stating which date it is working on. And evidence of delivery slip. Upload unto the place holder and within 24hrs u will get extension. Don't raise it as cse o. Will take longer to get seen. Made that mistake
Delivered 27 July... first try for CC failed on 19Oct... called help center, updated CC on email. Finger prints processed on 24Oct.. mailed on 26th oct.. delivered on nov2.. best of luck for those waiting for FBI PCC

i called today ant they said currently they have opened July-31docs. Is any one aware how can i submit right now without PCC with proof of apply and letter of explanation? I have money order purchase receipt, money order customer receipt, USPS mail receipt and tracking number and tracking details with date it delivered. Is it sufficient?

That's exactly what I did. Wrote a letter explaining that I submitted the application on August 1st with proof of delivery obtained from the USPS showing actual signature of person who signed for it, time and address. I also mentioned that with my deadline being the 7th that it was highly unlikely that I would receive the PCC before then and that I will submit as soon as I received it. In addition, I added the receipt for the fingerprint and the mailing of the documents. I did not have a receipt for the money order, but if you have that, add it too. Lastly, I included an email communication between me an FBI showing CIC that I requested the status on my application and FBI responding that they are still processing July 31st packages.
I submitted my eAPR last night so I can't tell you whether or not I got an extension yet but it seems like that's what most everyone else did when they had yet to receive the PCC from the FBI. Hope that helps.
How did you receive it in just a short time? Are you GC or citizen of USA?
