Waiting after Background Check in Progress NDVO?

HI..its been 20 days since my BGC is in progress and i have not received DM yet.Why is it like that?
I have seen people in spreadsheet who got DM next day of BGC gets in process.

It's been almost 2 months for me, BGC in progress on GCKEY since September 13. Until now, no updates, no DM/PPR.

Even though I'm from LVO, but my BGC have been in progress since May 2017. I don't know WTH is taking so long!!!
