My University is creating many problems in India and not giving transcript. Is it possible to refund WES fee?
I haven't send anything to them yet.

yes you can contact them for a refund but note that without an ECA you can't apply. there shouldn't be problems in getting transcripts, it's your right as a student. not sure what the issue is. go there yourself or if you're not in india have someone (family or friend) go there

Ok.
I know that I can't apply without eca.
But there are some name spelling differences between my bachelor/master marksheets from secondary marksheets. Because of this they are asking to change all documents and giving a lot of problems.

I am not in india and the person who was helping ..is not helping anymore. So I have to give up my dream of Canada.

Any agents in india who can do this job in kanpur university ?

First of all university does not ask for secondary school mark sheets to provide transcripts. They just need the mark sheets and certificates (Degree) copies of your Bachelor/ Masters.Please do not attach your seconda
My friend got it done from Kanpur university and he never handed them the Secondary school certificates.
You need to write an application to the registrar, pay the fees, attach copies of your degree and mark sheets and this will be done.
If you have some relative in Kanpur, there are loads of agents who roam outside the university:. Try the book stores outside the campus. They know these folks. They will get it done with some money. Hailing from UP, u know everything is jugaad there

Good idea. But they asked for high schoo marksheet already. Not sure if they remember it.

They Should not ask for high school mark sheet. Try to have a fresh application.

I do not have any agents contact number. My friend who got it done is also having a similar background like you and he is also living outside. He is having some relatives there who got it done for him. Will ask him if he can be any help.

ok. thanks. Now they are asking for enrollment number which is not mentioned anywhere on marksheets or certificates.

So many excuses and not giving transcripts

I dnt know man, seriously. My friend never faced such issues with them. As far my knowledge is enrollment number is nothing but your roll number which are mentioned on the each year mark sheet. Hailing from the UP and studied in one of the similar university, I never faced these issues. Thins might be some sign in disguise (You need to read between the lines). Try to get an agent as I mentioned in earlier response.

you are right. We offered money also. but so far nothing worked. I have contacted an agent but no reply yet.

For My PhD evaluation, I managed to send them the conferral letter but university sent it using their own template. Now WES did not accept it and reason is 'In order to complete an evaluation WES requires an official written statement certifying that you have been awarded the doctoral degree.'

My conferral letter states everything except they wrote "passed". should they have written awarded?? They also said degree has been verified.

It took 4 months to arrange this and now this

Is there a way to explain that University have their own template and language and it should be interpreted as awarded? I have sent them degree certificate as well. I don't think university will write what I want as they did not even sent it using WES template.
