No letter of introduction and no real copy of CAQ

Congratulations !!! when you get back your Passport? If you remember, I inform you that you will get the visa & just be patience while facing the delay in processing of your application. Hopefully you will get enroll in the same intake. Best of Luck.i didnt receive Lettor of introduction. What shall I do? I am leaving for toronto. Who should I contact?
I emailed embassy but no reply

I got my visa today from the embassy, the embassy only gave me my visa on my passport and I asked for my Letter of introduction and the worker told me "you don't need it, its just a cover" and when I asked her if I require the real copy of my CAQ she told me she doesn't know.
I know there are many topics on people not receiving their letter of introduction but some people say that you need it and others say you don't. Last year when I entered canada, they asked for both, letter of introduction and the real CAQ copy.
Also I called the embassy and asked them to send me the letter of introduction and they said they don't have it. I applied online and I should have received it by email, but I didn't receive it either.
Can anyone help me with what to do with my case and who I should contact?

That was 3 years ago. I received it by email few days after. You cant enter without it. I asked the officer and she said its required. I dont know if the system changed.Did you get the LOI or you entered without the LOI. I also have not got LOI. Is this to worry about? Thanks
Which visa office it was? Also did you request them via webform? My status got updated few days back and when I checked it said that my application was approved and that I should check my messages below but there was no letter. Although I have not yet got my passport after stamping. What would you recommend me to do?That was 3 years ago. I received it by email few days after. You cant enter without it. My visa office is in abu dhabi and high commission in islamabad. I dont know who to contact. Did you contact the visa office yet? I also have not gotten the passport yet although my counterfoil details were uploaded in cic account online. How many days it took for you after the couterfoil details online to receive the passport.
Is your application paper-based or online application??? My passport was dispatched the same day my visa was approved. And I got it after three days. I think you should not wait for it and contact the high commission. Mine was online though. Did the document status appear in cic account when you submitted the passport to vfs? So your status was updated on 30th of october and you got the passport on 2nd of november?
