One more things to know, my spouse uploaded PCC color copy as they have asked through GCKey, should he need to send hard copy in advance to local VO,singapore! or he will for next correspondence from CIC, singapore!!

Uploading through GCKey should be fine. You don't have to send physical copies to local VO. Just make sure your additional documents needed status changes to no additional documents needed in GCkey within 1/2 week.
If everything seems OK, I would wait at least 2 month before trying to make any communication with them.

What i would suggest you to do is to order a GCMS note one and half months (45 days) from now on. Then you will get it around 75 days from now on, which will give you an idea about your application status and whether there are any issues that you need to attend to!

does the above mean BCG has started, havent noticed when it changed to this status.

You're correct, background check has now started. Medical request (if not already done), decision made, PPR will occur after this, anywhere from 4-7 weeks.

Where does the PA reside? VO is not something that you can choose and change based on your choice unfortunately.

To order GCMS note you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently in Canada. AS you will be making it on behalf of your spouse, you must include the Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request form.

Yeah, depending which VO is more appropriate, Mississauga chooses the VO. So your GCKey account, under background check does it currently say ' We are currently processing your background check. We will let you know if additional information is needed' ?
