Do you have a reason to believe PR will be approved when study permit wasn't?
PR and study visas are separate processes and have no bearing on each other. PR would be rejected in case of misrepresentation, medicals failed, security issues, etc.

Hi Abishek

I am little confused and need your guidance. I have got my ECA & IELTS result and wish to enter the pool before 1st Nov draw. However while filling my express entry profile I was stuck on work experience section. I have been working at the same company for the past 3 years and have been promoted twice during this duration. So would i enter 3 positions in my work experience section even though they have been with the same company?

I have a question regarding medical examination. I received an ITA in May which I had to decline since some of my documents were not complete however; I had gotten a medical done in July. Now that my documents are complete with my score at 431 and let's suppose I get an ITA in the near future, would I need to go through another medical exam? I have heard that it is valid for a year but I just saw in a post that it is valid for 6 months.

It's valid for a year boss. So no need for a new one. The down side is that you will have to land by July so it may be worth considering getting new meds done.

Hi,

Yes, enter 3 positions in the employment history. When you then get a reference letter all 3 can be mentioned in the one letter.

I am at 435, my wife's college starts from 1st January.
What are the chances that if i get ITA on 1st November i can land in Canada by 25th December ?

All my documents including PCC and Medical are ready.
I would say 5%, if not less. So many things have to go in your favour. N you must pray for a miracle.

But hey, I believe in miracles.
