His daughter's mom however, no longer wishes to have her daughter on the application.... therefore he will never be able to future sponsor her

Congratulations... sorry to hear about his child's mother not wanting her on the application. I doubt there's much she can do about that now since it's in the final stage let it be it will only benefit the child in the future she will be able to make her own decision when she older assuming from your post she already included in the application. I was in a similar situation but I did it anyway.

he still needed to do the medical and 2 passport photos...but since she now won't allow him to take the daughter to get these done, she will have to be removed from the application... so sad

Can he not get the child as if he just wanted her for a day or the weekend and just have her take the pic without her knowing it or have someone from her family talk some sense into her brain it really hurt mi kmt.

Why on earth is this woman being so bitter and spiteful. Its only going to help her daughter in the long run. I 'had' a friend who was this spiteful and if her bitterness were sincere and for the betterment of her child, i wouldn't have confronted her about it but she was being bitter because her husband decided he wanted to end the marriage and yearssss later marry someone else so i guess she held her son's future at ransom because of this. Selfish!
