IELTS 7.0 overall
Not less than 6.0 in each

College-Northen colleges at Pures,Toronto,Ontario
Course- Computer engineering technician (2 years diplima)

I applied for student visa under SPP for Jan2018 intake.I am refused and reason is written as other in the refusal letter.
I am confused and helpless.
Q1.What to do next?

Q2.Should I apply again under general category?

Q3. What changes should be made?

Q4. Tips to write strong SOP(send links of other fourms as well).

Thanks in advance.

Please tell the reason why you are refused? And your file loging date at which vfs?

apply for caips note.

also some questions.

1) did you applied in spp?
2) did you send sop? if yes did you explain about low marks?
3) did you chose the course yourself or were recommended by agent(through which you applied)?

How much time is required for caips.???

1- yes in spp
2-no i think. Agent didn't told anything about this.
3-course was recommended my agent. Canam ,Chandigarh

you can get caips note in a month.

If dont want to wait. And if you think and also if considering you all other documents etc and funds were satisfied. Then it could be possible that your course/program was not relevant. Considering you have highest marks in chemistry you should opt for chemical engineering technician (of course you can change to whatever course you like after landing there).
If VO didnt mind the course. Then it could be he didnt find you a genuine student and may have thought you wouldnt return back to your home country.
also 2 year diplomas are not satisfactory for studying and returning.
IMO
2y Diplomas<3yr diplomas<degrees/pg diplomas.
