Which degree I should evaluate (WES)

Recently I completed MBA from USA , I am about to start to Express entry process.
I have 2 Question
I completed B.COM (Bachelors in commerce) from India and MBA from US
I should WES the recent degree or both bachelors and masters degree?

How should I get the WES report ?

My suggestion is to always go ahead with assessing all the educational certificates/degrees. Doesn't hurt and the WES fees (One Profile = One Fees) is only once, be it for 1 Degree or more, I mean that's what I am aware of. Good luck.
