can I change my province for study if it say ON on my study permit?

i dont think it would be a problem. if people can change colleges then why not in other provinces too.

Its very common and all the process is done online only. I have done it with change in province also.
As long as you remain as Post secondary student, you will be fine.
No issues at all.
Just Change DLI number after you change college.
NO GAP allowed otherwise you will not receive 3 years work permit instead 1 year workpermit

I have studied at Centennial College for 2 years Course . Now I completed 1 year . Now want to change the college and shift at Nova Scotia . The college in Nova Scotia gives me 1 year Course.
Question.1.How I can change my study permit
Question.2..After a study of a total of 2 years . I got the only certificate of completion course from Nova Scotia College for one year. Even though I have studied in Canada for 2 years .So How many years I got the post-graduation work permit
