Hi Guys,

My employment is as follows:
Associate- (Aug 2014- March 2016)
Senior Associate - (April 2016- Sep 2017)

Now I have promoted to consultant. I have submitted AOR on 16 oct mentioning first two experience only. But i got to know my promotion today. Should i report this to CIC?

It’s not necessary at all.
Any communication will probably delay the processing of your application.

You've already mentioned your employer as "current" company/employer right? If yes, then AFAIK, the position shouldn't matter, as it is the experience (in years) that counts. And you've already mentioned that in your application. Promotions after submitting the applications shouldn't matter.
