immigrating to canada only by education loan

hi..
i got admission in a Concordia university. and my Tution fee is about $28000.
Can i get Student visa if i show educational loan covering (Tution + living expenses)
Did it will weaken my profile ?
I did not have any other financial sources..
please help me..

It will probably be difficult to be approved since CIC will wonder how you will be able to pay for your program after you complete your first year.

if in the loan letter Can i show expenses for two years i.e {$28000(for two years)+$10000+$10000= $48000} then ?
i am in a bit worry because,if i cover my expenses only by loan..did they think i am financially strong.?
or shall i take $38000 loan and GIC of $10000 !!?
