Yes i was full time in semester in which i failed the course.My transcript clearly indicates that.Plus i have graduation letter from Macewan that i was full time 2 year.

Even in my graduation letter Macewan accepted that they transfered the credit from Athabasca Uni.Thats how i graduate
i agree its NAIT.Sorry about that.When i was writing the reply i was searching the programs of Athabasca Uni. 
my study permit is for any university.it is confirmed by CIC also.no university name mentioned on my study permit
Hey folks since I am already here in Canada studying in community college I ain't liking the program hence I am not getting an admission in Jan intake as it's closed , soo i have no option to choose for May intake from new program of 1 St semester from May 2018 , can anyone help me answering the above question. You weren't clear enough, I was talking about your eligibility based on your current program not the one starting next year.
Now i shall make you explain clearly. Now however i am going to finish my first semester till december 2017. Since no admission are opened for January i am forced to go for May intake for the program which i want it and hence i shall be taking an admission for May 2018 and program length is for 2 years. I shall finish my program by May 2020. The continuos study in my new program of 2 years i apparently needs to be eligible for PGWP.
Am i eligible at that time is my question though. Also can i stay in Canada for 4 months without studying. Am i allowed to work on part time in my SIN is also a question. Thanks

I don't know whether your institution is a designated learning one so whether you'll be able to apply for a PGWP depends on the following criteria: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-who.asp

Wrong forum to post in. Should have posted your questions in the international student forum.
But anyways during the 4 months that you're not attending classes, the school will inform CIC that you've stopped your classes and CIC will revoke your study permit. You must either apply for a new study permit or visitor visa to stay legally and also you cannot work at this time either because you are no longer attending full time classes until your new program starts in May.
