Can a loan make you inadmissible?

My question is I have 13,000 canadian dollars as proof of funds but i also have a loan that i took in 2015 to buy a car. My question is: am i inadmissible to Canada cuz of that? Is a loan consired a debt? Even if i can prove I have funds for Canada? My credit history is clean i have never been in penalty. Thanks in advance.

Debt does not make you inadmissible. The POF is meant to show IRCC that you can support yourself and any accompanying dependents to Canada in the coming months (rent, utilities, food, etc).

No. A loan doesn't (usually) make you inadmissible. Plenty of people have car loans and/or mortgages and have been approved.
