Hi

Ive got an ITA.

I have 90 days to apply, but my current bank balance is Rs 000.

I can arrange for the funds but after 60 days, i.e. 30 days prior to my application deadline.

My question is if i show the funds 30 days prior to my application, would that create a problem? It would be a gift deed from my father.

Please do let me know if putting money in account 1 month prior to application is OK.

Yes, this will be fine as long as you also provide the Gift Deed to show where the money is coming from and that it's yours to use freely for settlement purposes.
