VAC consent form

Hello,

I submitted my application online (don't have any representatives) and need to send my passport to VAC. I wonder, in this case, do I need to fill every page of the consent form or just page 2?

In page 3 and 4, it is only required for those who use the representatives or receive assistance form VAC, am I right?

I don't know if it's the same procedure or if it depends on the country you're applying from, but here (Japan) when I called about the consent form, they told me I only needed to fill the 2nd page.

VFS Global is the service provider for the Tokyo VAC, whereas it is CSC for the NY/LA VACs. The consent forms are different.

You must complete and sign only Page 2 of the CSC consent form

Another question, the prepaid envelope that we have to include, it should be for international shipping, right? And we have to put our address on the airway bill? Should be buy "Priority mail express label" with Priority mail express envelope at the USPS?

How is the process time for a visitor visa
