I think there will be a draw tomorrow after the maintenance and cutoff will be published at 9.30am EST..

I guess the draw may be on Thursday or Friday after maintenance. It is typical of CIC (IRCC) to issue ITA after maintenance to enable seamless post ITA activities. Just my 1 cent observation. A delay of one or two days would very much unlikely lead to a drastic increase of the cut off score in the absence of any extenuating event such as release of IELTS results or graduation.

At times I think that IELTS results are also linked to CIC. They keep the marking as per CIC's requirement to manage to flow of ITAs

In every case, you needs to ready with Negatives as well to keep on Moving. If it's not happening today then tomorrow but staying focused on the goal is the key.!

I'm not convinced by this. Wouldn't that be above his pay grade to know? After all, he's just apart of the communications team who is told what to post and when. Doubt he has a clue what goes on in the meetings with the Minister.
