Hey Folks, I didn't get any official interview letter and neither do I have any changes on my GC Key with a letter attached. I just printed off the email for hubby to bring to immigration. I was emailed to bring original copies to of Birth and Marriage certificate because I submitted copies. Any suggestions?

Hey, we werent asked to bring pictures, i assume the ones we provided earlier met the criteria. Hubby and i are preparing. We're going through the questions that we found in the forum and ensuring he knows what is in the application. What about you? What are you doing to prepare?

guys when it writes ( medical results have been received) it means you passed the medical examination and everything is ok? or it just mean they have result and not yet checked?

it means as it says, its received. It will change to 'passed' when they review it.

He was then asked in May for his Medical... followed by a request for a Police certificate in June.
In September, I received a letter stating the file has now been sent to Kingston.
Last week, we received a letter, asking for more passport photos, communication and a police certificate....Is this normal to ask again?

Hi, yes it's normal. Did they inform you of your interview date or is your interview waived. I was informed of my interview date and told to bring in the additional documents you just mentioned.

No Interview date was stated in the letter.
It just states to send items in

were those included in your original application? We had submitted photocopies of the police certificate but was later asked for the original.

I honestly think its Toronto. Remember he will go through immigration in Toronto but not necessarily Montreal because its the same country. It is done at the first point of entry. Someone who has been through the process can comment but I am thinking any time I connect through an airport, I go through immigration at the first point and not at my final destination (once its in the same country).

I think your right cause when I'm in Toronto I can easily leave and come back for my flight

From the sounds of it it's odd but honestly nothing is really normal about the process
look everyone was advised differently
everyone was asked to bring difference things
I know it's hard and comforting but take comfort that at lest they are in contact with you
I would like to think with what your saying maybe he'll be exempted from the interview

i think your interview might just be waived but they didn't ask for passport. Hmm! they might be asking for these documents then they make a decision if it should be waived or not then you might be asked for passport. KVO is so unpredictable at times.
