I'm not familiar what GCMS means. Many many thanks.
Just wondering if I apply for GCMS, the copy of Work Permit therein will help me submit it if citizenship officer asks for.
Please advise.
It is Global Case Management System of CIC. If the copy of work permit is required in interview/oath, I don't have copy of my last work permit.I'm not familiar what GCMS means.
What I know for certain is that copies of work and study permits are not required for citizenship application.
What is required is the start and expiry date of each status you held in canada within your eligibility period.
Those dates can be easily obtained by calling IRCC.
In the same situation, wonder if you received any answer?Hello, i need to submit PCC as I was out of Canada more than 183 days , my question is do I need to submit PCC along with the application? OR is it ok that I can send my PCC after a month? Because it will take 4 weeks for PCC..pls reply @spyfy
I was in same situation, what I did - is marked NO but write a covering letter stating that I was not landed immigrant and on so & so date I became. Since then I'm in Canada. Hope that will help. Otherwise you will end up filing Crown Servant form & I'm sure you are not that case. So write NO but explain.Hi guys, can you help to understand this: there is question in Presence calculator "Did you leave Canada between 2012-10-20 and 2017-10-20?".
I have never been in Canada from 2012-10-20 to 2013-11-10 since i got a PR right after my arrival in 2013-11.
So how should I reply to this question "yes" or "no"? If "yes" then what should i type in "Reason" section?
Thanks for reply. But I can explain this situation in "Reason" section if i would mark "yes". How do you think? or cover letter will be more preferably?I was in same situation, what I did - is marked NO but write a covering letter stating that I was not landed immigrant and on so & so date I became. The paragon website. Go to get results and enter your registration number and password.Which on-line site was that. Thanks!
Hard to say. I would guess IRCC would strive to meet the 12 months processing time. Initial few applications might be quicker.Hi everyone. My husband is sending off his application package today from Alberta! What is everyone’s opinion on the processing time? Do you think 12 months will be pretty accurate? Before the changes it said 6 months or less.. But now I guess there will be twice as many applicants
Your choice whichever is better you feel but explain. Thanks for reply. But I can explain this situation in "Reason" section if i would mark "yes". How do you think? or cover letter will be more preferably?
Yes. It is ok.In the questions where we give dates for our employment history and address where we lived.... once we take the print we are getting only year and month and date is not showing up... is it ok?
