3. We started processing your application on July 11, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on July 27, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on August 15, 2017 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5. We sent you a notice on September 13, 2017 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on October 13, 2017 at 10:15 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
6. You became a Canadian citizen on October 13, 2017.

I do not know how long it takes to reschedule, but I never received a letter for my test only an email. Did you check your spam folder? You should have gotten an email?

One Quick check about police clearance certificate.

183 or more days spend in last 4 years immediately before the date of application.

I signed my application on 05 Sept 2017 .

So if I count 4 years back from 2017/sept /05 to 2013/sept /05 . I came back to Canada in aug 11 ,2013 since than I never been out of Canada for more than 183 days. Do they still ask for pcc ?


I got my AOR already. I am not sure on this requirement ...can anyone help me on understanding it ?

I have called them few times. After long automated messages, it is said that due to the high volume of the calls I may hang up and try again later.I guess I have to wait for the response to my webmail.
