I have applied my bowp on july 6,2017, but did not get any update yet,
is there anyone who applied near that date and approved.

I think the processing time for a BOWP is 84 days now.

Did you contact CIC to determine if your BOWP application is on hold?

For paper-based it's 118 days, but I'm already at 125 or something now

Update from me: called Cic today, the lady said my work permit has been approved and has been mailed to me on Oct 2nd (like 10 days ago). Should be arriving sometime next week (unless it's lost in the mail or delivered to wrong address!)

Once again, I applied by paper on June 7.

Nope nothing, I had to call them to find out. It's been approved on Oct 2, Im still waiting for it to show up in the mail.

I also raised a Case specific enquiry few days ago, before I called them, and I never got any response.

Could someone help me out please? I raised CSE regarding my work permit and got this response:

We verified the information you provided; however, it differs from the one we have on file.

In order to better assist you, we invite you to resubmit your request by filling out the IRCC Web form and include the following information:

• Surname and complete given name - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
• Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
• Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
• Country of birth,
• Type of application,
• Date on which the application was submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
• Mailing method (courier, Canada Post (registered or regular mail), etc.),
  • company used,
  • confirmation no.,
• Office where the application was submitted (city, country),
• Receipt number,
• Current address,
• Telephone number(s),
• Email address, and
• All documents submitted with your previous request.

I want to resubmit my request.
My question is, what is "Receipt number"? Where do I find it?

It has been two weeks since they sent my work permit to me, but I haven't got it in the mail yet.
