Thank you! I'm still in shock because I thought it was so unlikely from everything I've read! He applied last year for TRV and was denied, so shocked is an understatement I still won't believe its real till I see him coming through through those gates...he's scared to death... first time on a plane...from Kingston to Toronto then catching a connecting flight from Toronto to St John's....poor hubbyOMG that is GREAT. I am told that rarely happens. Woohoo!!!
Great, I hope you quoted your UCI or Application number so they can identify your application. They will respond in a day or two. They took about 2 days to responds to me when I mailed them few months back.Thank you mel I just emailed them hopefully something come up

any body know how long does it take after medical exam to get results?
we tried twice for a visitation visa and refused both times, but other people have had successI wish each and everyone all the best with the application process and once your family is together many more blessing. I haven't done my application yet. We aren't married as yet we are engaged over 6 months now. I want him here as many of you are going thru the feeling of missing and needing to see our partners. I'm still deciding if I should do the visiting visa as I don't want to give him a culture shock or should I just trust he will be okay and go thru with the visa. I'm neverous any advice I appreciate for everyone as you all give string honest encouraging words. Thanks
that is so exciting lol! First time flying and going to connect . He will get used to it in no time.Thank you! I'm still in shock because I thought it was so unlikely from everything I've read! Congrats to you both Hun and I pray you have a safe delivery when the time comes. Amazing to hear everything went well.So first I would like to thank this Forum so so much for all the help and support throughout these months while awaiting my hubbys arrival. He will be here tonight woohooo
He was approved yesterday.
Unfortunately my hubby is a big chatter box and was not actually asked many questions as he just chatted the ear off the officer lol.
Mostly they spoke about me being pregnant and she asked to see pictures. They chatted about all sorts of things, he found the women very friendly and easy to speak with. I really hope that all goes well for everyone with future interviews xox
Best of luck and stay strong

It’s better to do 2 of each to be on the safer size of thingsOkay thank you
Same here we tried 2 times and was refuse as wellwe tried twice for a visitation visa and refused both times, but other people have had success
Hmm, honestly, the visitor visa is possible as you see with Kismet18 's case however to get it he will have to prove that he will be returning to the country . I think you should go for it. Nothing try, nothing done. If he gets it, at least he will be exposed to the Canadian Culture and I am sure he would love it. You see if you do not have plans to get married immediately, you can go ahead and apply for the visitor visa so at least he can visit you at times. That is what I think.I wish each and everyone all the best with the application process and once your family is together many more blessing. I haven't done my application yet.
