Yeah that is a relief to hear that it moved. I may just apply again using the new process if it becomes available before August since my fiance app was received Aug 15 (a good way down now).

I have done at NYPD of Manhattan, they provide LiveScan fingerprinting too which is more reliable!

Hi, do you need to take an appointment for it in nypd? Also can you please tell if any specific day they will fingerprint?

I wonder how fast this new eDO will actually process those requests? I also hope that the requests that are pending will get processed much faster.

My app was delivered on August 1st and my deadline to apply is November 8th. If we go by that new 12-14 weeks processing time, it looks like I'm going to have to submit my application with an LOE.

You can do that only after they start processing your application. If the credit card doesn't work, FBI will put your application on hold. In that case you can call them and fax your updated credit card form.

do u ask for extension ? or u submitting the E-APR on nov 2 ?

if u r going to submit e-apr on nov 2. write a LOE stating that u hav applied for fbi pcc and it might take time seeing the current pattern of fbi.
CIC will give you 60days extension from the date they will ask for ADR. so u will have enough time.
