Guys i need help , can someone explain me what to give to the employer to have new close work permit with CSQ ?

I have a valide close work permit + CSQ and i found new job , but my employer dont know the process , i know that there is somthing that he should do before i go the US border to get new WP .

I am looking for what should he do ?

I believe they have to submit a work offer for LMIA exempt employee with the CSQ exemption code (A75) and then when they get the confirmation and receipt for the payment (employer needs to pay), they need to give that information to you so you can attach it to the work permit application.
I am currently doing this because I need to change position with my current employer. These were the instructions that we got from an immigration consultant at my workplace.

He has to create an offer on a specific portal and give you the offer number, and pay for the fees (230$)
