Need advise please!

Hi members,

I am may 23 cec, got rcmp on 22 august which i submitted on 29 august. Gcms notes generates on last week of september shows criminality still in progress.

What should I do as I am getting very nervous that my file will be lost in piles of files. I have read here that people have their file on hold for months, so getting very scared.
