urgent help needed

Dear Members,

i had applied for EE this may and i also got a nomination from Ontario. I got a ITA but this was cancelled as incomplete by IRCC as the information on the PCC did not match the one i entered on their system.

has anyone experienced submitting a case specific request and their application being re-accepted or reinstated ???

if there is a 0 chance then i would rather go ahead and create another EE application.

better to create a new EE, but this time be careful and try to find out first what went wrong.

thank you for your quick reply. Now, your suggestion is the second question i wanted to ask the champs here. Actually my work permit in Qatar was issued in Oct 2009 (finger prints were taken then) while i was on and off on a visit visa from Jan 2009 till Oct 2009. The PCC states i do not have a police record since Oct 2009 till date.

Similar case with my wife.

IRCC cancelled the request because in the address log for the past 10 years i mentioned i was in Qatar from Jan 2009 till date (which is true to be honest).

Now i have 2 options i guess.

1 - When i reapply next time, i will have to Lie to CIC and tell them i was in Qatar from Oct 2009. This is guess is not right.
2 - Submit a LOE explaining this situation.

Did you submit PCC from Qatar for jan 2009 to Oct 2009?

No. And the CID department here wont issue that also. My fingerprints were taken in Oct so i dont think they would risk giving me a PCC for Jan-oct 2009 (no fingerprints means no criminal records basically).

Attach LOE explaining the same why they won't issue PCC, try to get an official letter from them if possible. You can't lie to IRCC as you might already have the passport with visa stamps from Qatar, so anyway they will know if you traveled.

YUP. I for sure wont lie to CIC. getting a letter from the CID is not so easy (specially here as we have a huge language barrier). I guess LOE is the best option as of now.
