Decision Made but no PPR?

Hi all,

I have received decision made under ecas since September 1st and still to this date have received no further communication from CIC. MyCIC shows nothing and every attempt to question CIC leaves me with this response; "everything is in order with your application and we will contact you".

Application sent December last year and our lives are on hold just waiting outside of Canada.

What does anyone think of this?

Me and about 5 others I know are in exact same situation. Is our Visa Office Ottawa or Mississauga?

I'm in the same boat, probably one of the "about other 5" just mentioned above. Applied at the end of March, DM on September 1st. Not heard anything, too. I know it's very frustrating eh?

I've seen same case but he sent e-mail to VO and they replied with letter with ppr
and stated that passport should be sent within 30 days of Dm was made, and he sent it with explanation as it was more than one month passed after ecas changed to DM
In my opinion it is better to report technical issue in GCKEY acount than calling CIC office.
Hope we all get ppr soon

I did report the technical issue and called the CIC - got a standard reply that they have everything and will contact me if they need anything or a decision is made. I am thinking emailing the VO (Ottawa) next.

I got same reply on Monday from my webform inquiry, Just emailed the VO at "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca". Lets see what they say if they even reply. Will keep you posted.

Your visa office will have a direct email address. For example, London has one and you can find it on the London VO thread. Search on the forum and you'll likely find the address for your VO.

Hi everyone. I got DM last friday. You guys waited for a month to have your passport requested??? Should i call someone and ask about my case? I dont usually do it because i have a lawyer but she doesn't respond she just wants me to wait!

Well, it is not we waited, we are waiting, still. This is unusual as far as anyone can tell, but even in a normal circumstance I would say ppr will take up to 10 to 20 days by looking at the spreadsheet. What is your VO?

Then I think you should be fine, it's just a matter of time. They are a bunch of us put on "DM hold" by Ottawa/Mississauga, but I think other VOs will be fine just be little more patient...

My husband got a ppr from Ottawa monday night. But it was incomplete. Now we ask cic for new email. So maybe they trickling in.
