Hey guys. So i emailed london visa office anf asked about my files status. They replied and said "At this time, your application is complete and no further action is required from you. An officer will contact you should they have questions or require further information before making a decision. Any final decision on your application will be communicated to you in a timely manner. Please wait to hear from us."

What should i make of this? DM soon?

Bro im so sad to know about your case, one of my cousin got refused two months ago their reason of refusal was different though. His wife is PR not citizen and she applied while living in Pakistan, so a PR must be present at Canada while submission of application. Then they didn't appealed but applied again after consulting with professional IRCC immigration consultant. Then one of my relative also got refused because of 2 year gap between Nikah and Rukhsati ceremony. He also consulted with professional IRCC immigration consultant and he also applied again and didnt consider the option of appeal.
Bro my advise is to get an appointment with IRCC approved immigration consultant, they will review your case and decide what would be better for you. They might charge you 1000 or 2000 Canadian Dollor fee but pls dont opt any desi consultant, mostly they are not well informed.

Stay with them for a month or less after your husband has gone to UAE, then leave. LoL
Tell them you got a situation there and have to go blah blah. .. ..
Or simply talk to your husband.

Im January 2017 applicant im really upset right now im in pakistan with my husband and he is leaving to UAE on 8th oct while he wants me to stay back with his parents. Its making me really stressful cuz i owe a car and student loan in canada but i cant convince my inlaws they simply dont understand the Canadian life style. It means that they dont require any additional docs from you. Since your re-med is done, and BGC are in progress, so the next step is DM/PPR.

I just checked my status its change the additional documents u provided are being reviewd to We do not need additional documents .. What does its mean? Is it a good sign?

Dont know about good sign or not, but it is simple that they dont need anything else from your right now. Can u share ur timeline, when did u apply and which docs were requested from you?

Kya bataen ap ko after re-medical they didn't ask for any doc request and no update as well. Notes me review required hai since June, comments section me everything is looking fine except he wrote that sponsor did not visit since the child is born i voluntarily submitted the clarification and wrote them that she will visit me in Nov. Now she is coming next month. I hope they will do some progress till next month if not i will send them the proofs of visit.

Don't worry plz. All of us know that this process is very stressful. Well look at the brighter side that since 8 months have already been passed, your husband will receive his ppr anytime now and you giys can move to Canada quickly.
Have u guys ordered GCMS notes recently or inquired to LVO for a status update?

Did you send ticket etc, proof that she and your child are coming? Once they are here, take lots of pics and send ticket, boarding pass etc and send to LVO.

Any time now you guys should hear something. If you have lawyer, do follow up with them and just know that the larger period has already been passed, a little bit more time and you can go back.

Urdu NN par stamp hai union council ka? For e.g on top of my Urdu NN there is a stamp in English which says "Record Keeper, Arbritration Council, ICT, Islamabad". this is of Union Council. Then at the end of NN there should be "Nikkah Registrar kay dastakhat and mohar" (stamp and sign) and also " Nikkah khwah kay dastakhat". This is what you need to tell them that you have these seals.

Also tell them that this is your copy of NN, a separate copy of Union Council has already been submitted to the Union Council. Try to gather proofs related to registration of NN from the union council as discussed in my previous posts.

Noelw coming to ur Marriage certificate. The top should read Marriage Registrauon Certificate as well as name of the union council of the area. You need to explain that this means that your marriage is registered in the govt records through this union council after your submitted your NN.

Towards the end of the Marriage certificate, it should mention that your "marriage was solemnized and registered by xxx" which is the same as written on the NN. give attention to the Entry and issue date of Marriage caettocate.

At the end there should be a seal on the Marriage certificate of the union council. Min3 says Chairman Arbitration Council ICT Islamabad and it signed.
