I declined my last ITA (deadline was September 27). Thankfully I got ITA this time. But funny thing is I am STILL not ready to apply. STILL waiting on the FBI PCC. Right now it will take 14 weeks for an FBI PCC it seems. So here's to hoping I dont have to decline AGAIN.
You can submit your application with the proof that you applied for the FBI PCC and a letter of explanation. Usually CIC accepts that and gives you a 60 days extension to submit the PCC. Please do not decline your ITA just because of FBI PCC.

On the FBI site there has been a banner saying 'Coming Soon: Electronic Departmental Order (eDO)' for electronically submitting requests and receive responses for Identity History Summary. Hopefully this gets implemented soon and the turn around time reduces significantly.

I declined my ITA just for this haha. But anyway, now its already the 11th week for me. So I might as well wait till I get the PCC.

Yeah this is another delay they were talking about when I enquired. They said it will be a delay of 3 to 4 weeks.

438 was totally unexpected.. will it ever come down to 432 :(
Has CRS 432 become the new CRS 412!
Those who were stuck on CRS 412 on May 31 will know the pain better.

You can apply, just explain that FBI not out yet. If you don't explain then they reject ut if you explain they will give you more time to get it. This happened to my friend

If you are not ready to apply then I guess wisest decision would be to Withdraw Profile instead of wasting it and not let others get a chance for ITA.

Because of these changes, in today's draw someone with 438 might not have received ITA

I'm at 428 - can't decide if i should go for the ON PNP - the invitation expires in December.
Is OINP allowing you to apply with the invitation?
