Express entry

I am currently an international student in Canada, though I have 4 years of experience as a sales manager. According to my CRS I have obtained 468 score in express entry and recently received an invitation for PR. My question is, will the government will check my previous file while I applied for student permit ? Will they cross verify information in that file ? I really need an answer for my question. So please provide me with an accurate information.

In my study permit file I have stated as Senior Sales executive, but with my PR file I have stated as Sales Manager- Marketing, as this is my own company and I have worked legally with all my pay slips. So I just want to know will this be a problem with my express entry profile ?

It shouldn't be an issue, as it was your own company in both cases. But why not keep the same info then?

I mean your job can change with time but as to what you used to do it should be the same no?

They pay attention to duties more than titles.

I used to do both, look after the customers as well as mange the sales team and look after the marketing. When I applied for study permit I gave an experience letter of my company as a senior sales executive and for my PR I have all the documents as Sales Manager- Marketing with all the income proof ITR and pay stubs. My Duties and Roles match my NOC code too. So I was just worried that will this be an issue ? And one more question. When am I eligible to apply for open work permit ? Thank you very much for helping me.
