I understood what you said lookHassanH said:I feel like you're not really understanding what i'm saying...
This is the scores I received: CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience : 25
And we know that, you are awarded 25 points if you have 3+ years of work experience with "CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, one or more under 9" OR for 1-2 years of experience with "CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities".
You are asking, if I only have 2 years work experience, how did I claim points for 3 ?
Well:
The discrepancy is with my work hours. I have a lot of hours/week in my jobs so the system calculated the total number of hours and it is more than what is normally needed for 3 years of work experience (even though I actually only have 2 years work experience). So my scores will be different once assessed properly by an officer and not the online system (which is a software). And so I will get 13 points on my CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience instead of the 25 points I was given at first.
1. I think you also know that you must work 30 hrs a week to claim your work exp as full time. If you are working above 30 hrs for example 40 that will not give you 3 yrs of work exp points in 2 yrs. (I think you understand this so lets move forward)
2. You got 25 points because of system. Originally you know that you are getting 13.
3. So now you want to make 13 into 25 by reappearing in IELTS to get CLB 9 in all levels.
4. And you have no guarantee that you will be able to get CLB 9.
5. As far as my knowledge is concerened you cant change your IELTS results after getting ITA. Because that is one thing with ECA you have to provide before creating your EE profile. And also your profile gets locked after ITA.
6. The reference number you have given in your profile is of that result in which you got CLB 8 in listening and IRCC checks it on british council website.
7. Let suppose even if you get CLB 9 in all levels you will not be able to give reference number of your result. If you provide scan copy of that result it will not match with the number you have given in your EE profile.
So it automatically disqualify you. Look as far as work exp is concerned if it is of 2 yrs 11 months and system give points for 3 yrs one can submit his E-APR after getting 3 yrs of work exp. But IELTS and ECA should be done prior to the date of receiveing ITA.
If you want to do it like you are thinking than there are 99% of chances you will get rejected. And for example if the score fall to 408 in next draw you will not get ITA then because you have already accepted one. The choice is yours now.
