Hi Bill,By the time passes your circumstance will keep changing. OINP will check if you have 67 points from the time you submitted application to them however CIC will check from the time of AOR.
Many have crossed 90 Days without PFL and Nominations. Yes, in past I do know people getting nominations without PFL after average time however nowadays they are just sending PFL to keep candidates calm.Hi Bill,
I completed 60 days on Sept 27 and still haven't received the nomination. The OINP website clearly states that anyone that has crossed the average processing times is now at the procedural fairness stage. Have you comes across applicants that got nominated after 60 days without receiving the dreaded Procedural Fairness Letter first? Do you think there is a chance that I may get nominated without first getting a Procedural Fairness Letter? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks Bill. When do you think I should expect a nomination? BTW I have lived in Ontario for 3 years and have a degree from there. Do you think this could be the cause for additional delay because OINP may be verifying this. While the verification, if any, isn't a cause for concern per se, this inordinate delay when most applicants got nominated within 45 days is making me very worried. What do you think I should expect from OINP? A nomination or PFL?Many have crossed 90 Days without PFL and Nominations. Don't worry I think most of the candidates in this forum has now crossed 60 days time. So, it is very unlikely that your application is delayed due to this. OINP have clearly stated that this delay is due to backlogs. Thanks Bill. When do you think I should expect a nomination? BTW I have lived in Ontario for 3 years and have a degree from there.
