My mp sounds just like yours. Wait til Sept 15. An agent will do final review before that date. The other in same office. Nooo count 10 working days from the 15th. That will take you to the 29th. If you don't hear anything on that day then call us back.
Back when I was still in appeal I start going to Andrew Scheer's office for help. Got no real help. Finally I thought I would try Ralph Goodale as he is the Minister for CSBA and in my city too. All I got was sorry for the long wait. When I did go back to my mp. I got heck. They from upon double dipping mps.
But you could try your MLA. Or Provincial Immigration Minister.
We been waiting 33 working days since dm. Sorry our app in Ottawa. But I read almost everything here. If I can't learn I will share my experience.

Not sure if you've pursued this route, but I just read elsewhere that an applicant had received DM in August and hadn't heard anything for a month. They submitted in an inquiry via the webform on Sept. 19th and received their PPR on Sept. 22nd. Might have been simple coincidence, but it might also not hurt to try.

My ECAS status has been ‘decision made’ for 5 weeks without PPR. I received a message telling me my application was in Mississauga the day after DM. I made a web form enquiry and they replied with ‘don’t worry-your application is within guideline times.. bla bla’

What if you sent a direct email to Mississauga? Or that would be just the same thing...

Hey hi same thi g happened with me. It was supposed to be transferred on MARCH 3. But it was reached there on 18th September. But our local visa officr is NDVO. Are u done with medical or still waiting for medical request???

Upront medical, and its expiring on oct 18. Still no ppr or any updates. I guess i have to re do my medical

I wouldn't get another medical done unless they ask. They made a decision on the date that my husband's medical was set to expire. There's still hope!

Finally, you can see some progress! If your background changed to in process now, means that someone has touched your application. Hopefully the end is near!

Hi,
I thought I might give a little update. I'm in the same situation, we applied in February and we are still in Mississauga.
I called today and the lady said they had everything. She said she couldn't understand why our file had not been transferred yet since it's been 3 months since they received the police report and schedule A (we actually sent it in March, but sent it again in July after realizing they had not received it the first time). She said she will send them a note to have them look in our file and see if it's ok to get it transferred. She was also able to confirm that when if finally gets transferred, it will go to Ottawa.
So there... it's a very small victory, but hope that it will finally get things moving.
