Dear friend,

Its the first time I wrote here, please help if anyone know, or in my situation.

I applied 16 may, CEC inland:
Medical pass: 28 July
Additional document: change from "your additional document are uploaded" to we are review your additional documents" about 10th September
BG: NA
BG does not change at all, I called two times, they said that criminal check is passed but security doesn't start ye!!!!


anybody has idea whats going on, I am not even IP1!!!!

dont bother about IP1 or other stages.. sometimes CIC doesnt follow that route. ip1/na2/ip2 are acronyms created by us only.. and no one knows how CIC works.. as per above message, if criminal check is passed that means you are in NA2.

you can order GCMS notes as well..

Background check- "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
Ordered GCMS notes on Aug 24 and received it on Sept 22.

Thanks... so i think. IP1 is done.. and when your criminality/eligibility check will start, they will update with NA2 (hope so).

Assuming at IP2, havent had an update since Aug 25th....

When i call CIC it only gives me an automated service, i cant get thru to anyone. Any ideas??

I am not sure as i never tried calling CIC. But i heard from many people, they cant go thru IVR easily. Some ppl suggest it takes almost 30 min to talk to CIC nd go thru that IVR.
