Final decision made, but no message

Hi,

My wife has been notified through GC Key that her final decision has been made and she was approved. Yay!!!
Although, it says to check her messages for what steps to take next, but

there is no message. Is this normal or shall she expect a message???

Same situation, Ecas says decision made for about 5 days now but there is no message yet. I'll update if anything comes in

Same situation here but for 2 and a half weeks now. Seems like they may be taking a bit to get out to us. Hopefully this week they send out a big batch of letters.

Ok so they will make contact moving forward through mail and not through her account or by email ?

I have no idea. Some people have gotten an e-mail really quickly but it has been longer for my wife and nothing yet. Is your PA from a visa exempt country by chance?

Yes my wife is from Sweden and we have been in Canada quite some time...

Yeah super weird, normally DM and PPR or a letter are mailed a few days after.

I had PPR about 5 weeks ago, and DM a week ago. Yet no letter so far . Maybe just a bit more patience is required lol

In the same boat. For our case DM was on Sep 1 on Ecas, but no PPR or CoPR so far. Did you call them? I tried a few times but no luck connecting to a human...

My wife just received a letter in the mail that she has received her Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR). Apparently since we are in Canada we can call to set up a meeting. States she was approved on the 14th of September...

In the same boat. For our case DM was on Sep 1 on Ecas, but no PPR or CoPR so far. Did you call them? I tried a few times but no luck connecting to a human...

I called them after I saw the DM as we are moving from our apartment to my wifes parents house at the end of October so I asked when I should change my address. The employee pulled up my file and said that it was in the final processing and we should hear something soon. She said if we don't get a letter by the end of September to change our address. So I'm not sure if we will get an e-mail or just a letter...

We applied Outland at the end of January
