previous passports

Do we need to include all our previous passports in the ID documents - summary even though they have expired or should we just include the most recent and valid passport?

Just the current one. But when you are uploading the scanned copied of your passport it is suggested, not mandatory, to scan all stamped pages of expired passports as well; just a proof of your listed travels

I have been in the US for a few years and my passport was renewed while I was here in US. Now all my existing and valid visas are in my previous passport.
What will be the right thing to do for my case?

Will greatly appreciate answers to my question.

Thanks again hamgha, will make sure that I upload stamped pages along with Bio/information pages of both passports.
