No refusal letter with passport

How to link application i also receive slip to check email but there is no mail atleast they have to state that visa is refused or not
can anyone here who help me i was applied student visa on 23 aug yesterday receive slip with passport
i dont know application no. and uci no. how to know status online by cic accounnt???

Make a cic account....and link ur application to that online cic account......u will get ur refusal number....
